Stopcor Plus is a corrosion control and water treatment device suitable for both residential and commercial applications. Product specifications, benefits, and descriptions provided on our website are based on internal studies and general conditions. For commercial uses please contact the team directly.
Installation and maintenance must be carried out by a certified Grosvenor Solutions technician or authorised partner. Maintenance for residential dwellings is required every 6 months, should the maintenance subscription be cancelled, or unauthorised installation of moving of the device occur, then the product warranty will become void as the correct maintenance and installation of the device by a certified technician is required for optimal performance.
The warranty of the device is valid only upon installation and continued maintenance by Grosvenor Solutions or one of our authorised partners. The warranty on the device excludes any damage by external sources, pulling or knocking loose elements, unauthorised moving or dismantling of the device. If the product is discovered to have been tampered with upon inspection by our team then the warranty will be void.
Water quality depends on a number of external factors outside of our control. Whilst Stopcor Plus is proven to stop corrosion and improve water quality results can differ depending on external conditions, plumbing systems and the original state of the water supply. Stopcor Plus is not certified for use as a drinking water device. Any consumption of water treated by this device is at the customer’s sole discretion.
Lifetime of the device is 3 years as a guideline, depending on the size of the dwelling and amount of water used. On the bi-annual maintenance visit should we find that the device is no longer offering optimal protection then a new device is required to be purchased. Should you purchase the wrong size device for your home then the warranty will be void as the lifetime of the device is directly related to the size of the home. All prices are listed in AED and include VAT where applicable. Should a deposit be paid online, then the balance amount is to be paid on delivery of the goods and prior to activation of the product.
Should you wish to cancel your order you may do so prior to your installation minus a service and administration fee of AED 250. Due to the nature of the device we cannot offer returns once it is installed and activated. Grosvenor Solutions currently offers installation and maintenance services within Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Services in Abu Dhabi are subject to company discretion and approval.
